Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, & Issues

I do NOT offer returns or exchanges.
Please double check that your order is correct before placing it.

Contact me ASAP if a cancellation is needed.
Cancellations are only accepted BEFORE your order has shipped. If it has already been sent, it's too late to cancel. 

Shipping

I aim to ship orders ASAP, but it could take up to 7 days for me to package and send your item(s).

At checkout, you'll have the option for untracked or tracked shipping through USPS: 
Tracked:
You will be sent a tracking # at the time the item is shipped. 
Untracked:
You will NOT receive a tracking number. These are sent with a stamp in a letter envelope.

I am not responsible for damaged or lost mail due to complications with USPS. This policy is to protect myself from scammers. However, if your item(s) has been damaged, is missing, or you believe it to be lost, reach out to me and we can find a way to make it right.
